With a User-Tag Widget, you will be able to create a widget containing the images of your special occasion, your trip, that amazing excursion, or whatever you can imagine. You can create a widget to show your own photos but you can also create a widget to show the photos of others. You will just need to select the right user_id and tag combination.
Last weekend for example, I went hiking in Schwyzerland. I compiled my Panoramio images of that excursion in a tag and now I can embed them in a Slideshow in my blog:
To use this widget in your site or blog you can do it by just adding the following code:
<iframe frameborder="0" height="400" src="http://www.panoramio.com/wapi/template/slideshow.html?user=3616830&tag=Panoramaweg-Schwyz" width="400" scrolling="no" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0"></iframe>Just remember to select the right user_id and tag.
There are other widget types you can use, like the Photo List Widget. For more information on those other widgets please check the documentation.
Feel free to use our Forum to discuss about this topic. We keep on working to improve the Widget API, and your feedback is more than welcomed!
Dear Panoramio team
ReplyDeleteGreat that the Slideshow now also works for tags!
Best regards

Could you please also add rect function (location) and ids function (particular set of photos) to HTML templates
ReplyDeletethe rect function could look something like Data API location function:
minx=-180&miny=-90&maxx=180&maxy=90
and ids functioncould be limited to 10 or 20 photos
ReplyDeleteUn saludo
